Our dough, sauces, “meats”, and dairy-free cheeses, are all made in-house, in a commercial kitchen.

The dough is cold fermented for 72 hours, hand-stretched, and wood fired to perfection with sugar maple wood. 

The result is a crust that is crispy on the outside and chewy / pillowy on the inside. It’s not too thin, and not too thick! 

Our tomato sauce is not sweet like most pizza chains, it has more of an authentic Italian style where you taste mostly the tomatoes and spices.

To keep things fun and exciting - we will feature 3-4 different pizzas every week for you to choose from.  

In addition to our wood fired pizzas, we have the following available for purchase:

  • Pizza Kits - so you can make your own pizza at home 
  • Dipping sauces (creamy ranch, creamy garlic, and spicy marinara) 
  • Green salads (made with organic lettuce from our gardens)
  • Dessert of the week

What makes our pizzas even more unique is that everything is entirely plant-based, that’s right! 

No dairy, eggs, or meat - which you won’t miss, I promise.

The BEST pizza we ever had was in Italy, and it only had 3 simple ingredients: tomato sauce, garlic, and fresh basil.

Ordering Info

  • Our pizzas serve 1-2 people, and are ready to eat
  • No substitutions, but you can add additional toppings
  • To start, we are only taking a limited amount of pre-orders (orders must be placed by Friday at 12pm) - we will not be taking walk-ins for now
  • Pick-up will be between 530pm-7pm, at 8784 Highway 15, Carleton Place
  • You can choose your preferred pick-up time on your order form


I’ll admit it, my husband and I are somewhat pizza snobs…but who can blame us when we’ve had some of the best pizza in the world, in Italy!

While in Italy, we stayed with a plant-based Italian chef and got cooking lessons from her, it was an incredible experience. 

We’ve been making our own dough for several years, but it was only recently that we decided to invest in a woodfired pizza oven, and it’s taken our pizza making game to a whole new level!

The pizza making process is a joint effort between my husband and I.  I prep everything, and he handles the oven.

We are both total foodies and are so excited to bring wood fired pizza to Carleton Place.
