During this 2.5 hour interactive & hands-on workshop, we will give you the knowledge & skills needed to make your very own pizza from scratch.

You will go back home feeling incredibly inspired and ready to impress your friends at your next dinner party.

You will walk away from this experience knowing how to build and create a pizza from scratch, the basics on how to use a wood fire oven, and the best part is that you’ll get to eat the pizza you created.

*Please note that we don't offer meat options*, but you will have the option of choosing dairy or dairy-free cheese.

After the workshop, you will be receiving a digital booklet of the tools you'll need to make pizza at home, as well as my favorite dough recipe.

This workshop will be taking place indoors, in our brand new building and if the weather is nice, we will have outdoor seating as well.

MEET YOUR HOSTS

Karine & James Lang

I’ll admit it, my husband and I are somewhat pizza snobs…but who can blame us when we’ve had some of the best pizza in the world, in Italy!

While in Italy, we stayed with a plant-based Italian chef and got cooking lessons from her, it was an incredible experience. 

We’ve been making our own dough for several years, but it was only recently that we decided to invest in a wood fired pizza oven, and it’s taken our pizza making game to a whole new level!

The pizza making process is a joint effort between my husband and I.  I prepare everything, and he handles the hot oven.

We are both total foodies and are so excited to bring wood fired pizza & workshops to Carleton Place.
