African Inspired Stew (GF)

This dish is extremely filling and scrumptious.

Made with sweet potatoes, spinach, peanut butter, and red kidney beans.

Served on a bed of quinoa.

3 Bean Chili (GF)

I make really yummy chili! It’s packed with protein from the TVP and veggies, and just the right amount of spices (if you like it spicy, let me know and I’ll add more spices).

Served on a bed of rice.

Lasagna with creamy cashew filling

This is one of my favorite dishes! The filling is so creamy and smooth and layered with spinach. My whole family goes crazy for my lasagna!

Comes with a side of green salad.

Lentil Shepherd's Pie

There is something really comforting to me about shepherd's pie, especially when you put ketchup on it! My version is made with lentils, and a variety of veggies and spices.

The top layer is garlic mashed potatoes and bread crumbs (I can omit this if you're GF.)

Comes with a side of green salad.

"Egg" Salad Sandwich

You won't miss the eggs in this sandwich I promise you! The filling is crunchy, tangy, and yummy. Made with homemade mayo, celery, and my secret ingredient... black salt (this is what gives it the really "eggy" taste)

(can be made GF when you swap the bread for lettuce wrap)

Gorgeous Greek Bowl (GF)

This is one of my all-time favorite bowls - so it'll be on the menu on repeat!

Inspired by traditional greek salads - loaded w/ fresh veggies on a bed of quinoa.

Homemade Strawberry & Rhubard Jam (GF)

This freezer jam is SO tasty! It goes perfectly on top of chia puddings, toast, ice cream, whatever you want. This jam freezes very well, but I'm sure it'll be gone before it's time to freeze it :)

It's made with natural cane sugar, a touch of cinnamon, and a touch of pure vanilla extract.

Need a pick me up? These date balls will do the trick!

They are packed with protein and make for a great healthy dessert when you're craving something sweet.

Made with rolled oats, a variety of nuts, peanut butter, and chia seeds.

About The Meals

I specialize in healthy, 100% plant-based, home-cooked meals, mainly made from scratch.

I don't use canned beans! I soak and cook all my beans and legumes in my pressure cooker.

I use organic ingredients where I think it matters the most (e.g. chia seeds, quinoa, tofu, tempeh, plant-based milk, certain vegetables).

Entrees contain 1 large or 2 smaller portions.

My customers say that the portion sizes are very generous!

On average, 1 meal is enough for dinner and leftovers which can be eaten in the next 2 days or frozen.

Meals come in reusable containers (which are yours to keep) and are microwave and freezer safe.
