Starter Package

Whether you just want to incorporate a couple of plant-based meals into your diet, or go all in, this is a great place to start!

What's included:

  • 30 minute phone call to get started and come up with a game plan (you'll tell me where you're at, what your goals are, and what you need the most support with
  • Grocery visit tour (so I can show you all my favorite things to use / what to avoid)

OR

  • Private cooking class in your home (we will create 1-2 recipes)

  • List of essential things to stock in your pantry
  • Recommend kitchen tools & equipment
  • Tips on how to meal prep

Cost: $150+HST

Please note that based on your location, a travel fee might be added.

Full Package

Whether you just want to incorporate a couple of plant-based meals into your diet, or go all in, this is a great place to start!

What's included:

  • 2 Coaching Sessions via phone or zoom where you can ask me any questions, and I'll share valuable tips with you
  • 7 Day Customized (written) meal plan (based on you preferences)
  • Grocery visit tour (so I can show you all my favorite things to use / what to avoid)

  • Private cooking class in your home (we will create 1-2 recipes)

  • List of essential things to stock in your pantry
  • Recommend kitchen tools & equipment
  • Tips on how to meal prep

Cost: $500+HST
