Individual coaching sessions are $150 and can be done over the phone, zoom, or in-person in Carleton Place

Starter Package

Whether you just want to incorporate a couple of plant-based meals into your diet, or go all in, this is a great place to start!

What's included:

  • 30 minute phone call to get started and come up with a game plan (you'll tell me where you're at, what your goals are, and what you need the most support with
  • Grocery visit tour (so I can show you all my favorite things to use / what to avoid)

OR

  • Private cooking class virtual or in-person in Carleton Place (we will create 2-3 recipes)

  • Recommend kitchen tools & equipment

Cost: $150+HST

Full Package

Whether you just want to incorporate a couple of plant-based meals into your diet, or go all in, this is a great place to start!

  • 7 Day Customized (written) meal plan (based on you preferences)

  • Tips on how to meal prep

Cost: $500+HST
