RE-HEATING INSTRUCTIONS

If your meal came already frozen:

I recommend thawing in the fridge overnight.

If you want to eat it on the same day, leave it on the counter for a couple of hours to thaw.

For pasta dishes I recommend sprinkling a touch of water or dairy-free milk on your meal to add a bit of moisture.

A sprinkle of fresh lemon juice also works really well with some dishes.

Re-heat in microwave until hot (your container is microwave and freezer safe).

Crystals on the food / lid are totally normal - it happens from the condensation.

I promise you it is not freezer burned.

If you can't eat the entire meal in one sitting (which is totally fine - my portion sizes are BIG), I recommend eating the next day or two as opposed to re-freezing.

Your meal will last in the freezer for up to 3 months.

If your meal is fresh (not frozen):

For pasta dishes I recommend sprinkling a touch of water or dairy-free milk on your meal to add a bit of moisture.

A sprinkle of fresh lemon juice also works really well with some dishes.

Re-heat in microwave until hot (your container is microwave and freezer safe).

Can't eat the entire meal?

If you aren't planning on finishing it the next day or two, I recommend placing it in the freezer, and eating it within the next 3 months.
